Providers who wish to refer patients/clients to the Harmony System
We hope that you will contact us so that we can help you help your patients.  We will send you a "Practice Notebook" with background information on the HarmonySystem including clinician endorsements and patient testimonials. We will also send a supply of brochures for you to give to appropriate patients. In order to bring this issue into the open many providers have added a question or two to their new patient intake survey such as: 

"Has (your condition) or any of the following conditions (list those that might be appropriate for this patient) made your intimate activities with your partner frustrating, uncomfortable or even painful? Describe."

”Does your partner have any of the following conditions and do they make intimate activity between you frustrating, uncomfortable or even painful: arthritis, lower back or neck pain, foot, knee, or hip pain, breathing difficulties, heartburn, carpal tunnel? Describe”
