Shipping via Ground or Air

HarmonySystem can offer next day, 2 day, 3 day, and ground delivery. Shipping charge will be based upon the size and weight of the item(s) that you are ordering and the distance to the destination.

Our site is automatically linked to UPS calculators so that you may determine the carrier how quickly you want the order to arrive and what the cost will be. We do not ship "Ground" to Alaska or Hawaii.

Prompt Shipping

Most items that we have in stock will ship within one to five business days, Monday through Friday. When it is possible we will ship out the same day that the order is received. You will be notified via E-mail of any significant delays in shipping due to stock out situations. If your order is time-sensitive you can make us aware of that when placing your order, in the comments box.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Ground shipping times vary based upon location. The HarmonySystem models ship out of Los Angeles and the accessories out of Boston. States close to the warehouse should receive packages in one - two days after shipment. The mid west should receive orders in three - four days. The other coast should be received in five - six days.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships you will be E-mailed an order confirmation containing your tracking number. You can then log onto the appropriate shipper's web site to check the status of your order.

International Orders

All international orders will be manually calculated for freight cost. We will then E-mail the shipping cost for your approval before shipping.
